Led jointly by Westminster City Council and The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, the Bi-borough Supported Employment Forum is a multi-agency group which sets out to improve employment outcomes of local young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) through working in partnership, sharing learning and testing innovative solutions.
