Westminster City Council is continuing its action against pedicabs, focusing on reducing their impact by carrying out joint operations with the Police. It has successfully secured several prosecutions: The first fines of 2023 were dished out as the council brings a new approach to tackling rogue pedicabs. Pedicabs are not a regulated form of service and the Council advises against using them.
