Westminster City Council have announced a new plan to tackle Anti-Social Behaviour. To curb ASB, the council has identified 5 key objectives for tackling anti-social behaviour – Prevention, Early Intervention, Victim Support, Bringing Perpetrators to Justice and Community Engagement. The scheme will also engage with perpetrators anti-social behaviour ensuring that, where appropriate, we provide support to perpetrators to allow them to change their behaviour.
