The Fitzrovia Chapel has an ongoing exhibit starting from January 6th until February 5th entitled ‘The Ward – Revisited’. The exhibit marks 30 years since the first exhibition was held at the Chapel where Gideon Mendel photographed four patients in the AIDS wards at the Middlesex Hospital. The exhibition will be comprised of a large-screen video installation of previously unseen images accompanied by a specially composed soundtrack, as well as a new short-film with interviews of people who appear in the original photographs.
